Great to have Sensei Jesse Knowles, 6th Dan, visit and train with us this week. Sensei Knowles was in town for a autism conference!
Demo for International Night at Hope Valley, Apr. 20th!
Thank you to everyone who came out to help with our demo at International Night on April 20th! Our group of Sensei Bill, Sensei Andrew, Sindi, Cat, Shannon, Brian, Cullen and Lindsay did a great job! We demonstrated basics, different levels of kata, self-defense, iaido and kobudo!

Team CMAC just competed in the AAU National Karate Championships held in Raleigh, NC! Our seven member team brought back sixteen medals and several national champions!
