Student of the month for August!

Congratulations to Mary Walters, our student of the month for August 2018!  Mary has been training at CMAC for 4 years and is a 4th kyu green belt!  She also trained at the SafeSkills dojo, and came to us on a recommendation from her previous instructor!  She started martial arts after a friend of hers that was training got her interested!  Her favorite part of training is kata!  Mary is a 8th grader at Brogden Middle School where she also plays volleyball and softball!  Her favorite subject in school is chorus.  Outside of the martial arts she enjoys hanging out with her friends and playing the guitar.  Her favorite food is any kind of pasta.  Mary also recently competed in her first karate tournament and won two first places in the divisions she entered!  Great job!
