AAU Nationals results!

Sensei David Henshall just returned from the AAU Nationals in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he participated in coaching and kata clinics and competed in kata, kumite, and kobudo! He placed 1st(Gold medal) in kobudo(weapons) and kumite(sparring)! He missed 3rd(Bronze medal) in kata by .01 of a point! Great job for Team CMAC and our one person team bringing back two 2019 AAU national championships in kobudo and kumite! Congratulations to Sensei Henshall and to all who helped get him ready, great job and way to represent! It would be great to send more competitors next year.
