Meeting etiquette and or webex suggestions:
- Mute as soon as you login, if you hear an echo or feedback loop check that you are muted.
- Check to make sure you don’t have multiple sessions. There is a person icon you can click, if you see yourself more than once, right click on one of your connections and exit the meeting.
- Be in a well lighted place, usually its best to have your lighting source come from behind the camera rather than have it behind you facing the camera.
- Make sure you have a good network connection, wired is better than wireless.
- Make sure your hands and feet are visible and mark your place so you know where to stand, or go back to, if there has been a lot of movement.
