Student of the month for June 2020!

Congratulations to Jimmy Smedley, our student of month for June 2020! Jimmy started training at CMAC in June 2019! He is 43 years old and manages an analytical chemistry department for KBI Biopharma in Durham and RTP. Jimmy started training to improve his whole body fitness, meditative/self-improvement and an advancement structure that helps him to keep setting new goals to reach for! Jimmy says, “I most enjoy the personal development culture, wonderful instructors and classmates and the rich lessons in forms and techniques that transcends time and advances in technology” at CMAC! Outside of training, Jimmy is an Eagle Scout and is the scoutmaster of Troop 424. He enjoys spending time with his family(wife and 4 kids) and being outdoors in hunting, fishing, backpacking, hiking, and paddling wherever the trail leads! His favorite food is steak! I always tell people that scouts and karate kept me out of trouble! Way to go Jimmy!
