Student of the month for April 2021!

Congratulations to Cat Dean, our student of the month for April 2021! Cat started training at CMAC in November of 2015, she had previous training in Kyokushin-kai and was looking for a new dojo! She had previously started the martial arts in the early 90’s in New York! Cat says she loves everything about CMAC, the physical training, the mental training, and the friendships she has developed along the way! Right now she is really enjoying kata training to help get her ankle into condition and to regain her balance! She severely broke her ankle while hiking late last year. Cat says that “there is something in martial arts and a martial art for literally EVERYONE of any physical condition!” Cat has been a great asset to our dojo since she joined and is always willing to help! She always trains hard and tries her best! Great job Cat!
