Student of the month for July 2024!

Congratulations to Ash Rumbach, our student of the month for July 2024! Ash is 16 years old and attends Riverside High School. In the10th grade, Ash’s favorite subject is visual art! Ash is a former student of CMAC and had attained her green belt before the pandemic, some pictures are included of her training when she was younger. Ash wanted to get back into it and decided to take up martial arts again because it would be a good way to make oneself exercise consistently. Ash came back to CMAC because, “I had taken martial arts there before when I was younger, and had a good experience.” If Ash had to choose, kata would probably be the favorite part of training, although Ash does participate in the kickboxing class! Ash’s favorite food is bacon, maybe? Outside of martial arts, Ash enjoys drawing quite a bit. Ash says, “Do your best, even when it feels impossible.” Ash decided to start all over and work back through the ranks and currently has recently received her yellow belt!
