Demo at Hope Valley Elementary School!

Thank you to everyone who came out to help us with our demo at Family Fun Fest at Hope Valley on April 9th!  We had 22 participants, white belt to black belt.  CMAC demonstrated basics, kata, applications of techniques, jiujitsu, kobudo, and iaido!  Great job and looking forward to the next one!
