Congratulations to Sensei David Henshall for his outstanding performance at the Southeast regional in Raleigh, N.C. on May 5th! He took gold in kumite(sparring), bronze in kata(forms), and silver in kobudo(weapons)! Now its on to Nationals this summer in Florida!
